Every homeowner who reaches out to Nonencouraged Garage Doors deserves fair and honest treatment. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Nonencouraged Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
